As a credentialed mediator, I provide civil, business, family, workplace, consumer, debt, property, and small-claims mediation services. My approach is calm, structured, and solution-focused. I help parties communicate more effectively, clarify the issues underlying a dispute, evaluate available options, and work toward practical agreements. My extensive background in finance, accounting, consulting, training, and organizational transformation allows me to understand complex business and financial matters while making the mediation process accessible to everyone involved.

I am also a recognized international professional in corporate training and enterprise consulting, with more than 15 years of experience creating transformational learning programs for multinational clients. With over 20 years of finance and accounting experience across the oil and gas, banking, retail, utilities, technology, and higher education sectors, I have contributed to major initiatives involving budgets exceeding $1 billion.

My superpower is the ability to break down complex concepts into accessible information that can empower any learner to perform at a higher capacity. I am passionate about empowering others through education. I enjoy creating solutions to enhance the brand of an individual or a company. I have helped several clients illuminate their brand by creating exceptional training and learning materials. I am committed to delivering real solutions that get real results.
